Return Policy

We accept only in USA returns of unused products in its original condition within 10 calendar days of purchase date in the United States of provided the tags is still attached, the protective film on the hardware is still attached and the product is unused. All international sales, customer pays for shipping to return the product to be returned to the United States of unused products within 10 days of purchase date. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, or if the security tag and/or protective film is not attached, we cannot accept your return for a refund. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense. 

Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Returns postmarked outside of the 10 day from purchase date policy for USA orders only are ineligible for a refund of unused products, but will automatically be processed for an online store credit within a 7 day time period. 

Returns from the U.S. are free of charge and we will email you a return label to ship back to our warehouse. For returns from other locations, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund of unused merchandise. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, or if the security tag is not attached, we cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.

How do I make a return?

We are sorry it didn’t work out. To begin a return or exchange, please email hello@modernlifestyleluggage.com with your Order # in from your purchase in the Subject Line and the reason for return from the email you received at the time of purchase. We’ll respond promptly with next steps to manage your return.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-6 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
