What is the MLL warranty policy?

We believe and stand behind the quality of our products and offer one (1) year warranty on parts of our products. We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from modernlifestyleluggage.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box, and other charges where applicable. We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all original paperwork, tags, parts and accessories in order to ensure full credit to the buyer. 

Modern Lifestyle Luggage returns can be returned to our warehouse facility. Please email at hello@modernlifestyleluggage.com for the address. 

 

If you are experiencing unforeseen quality issues, we offer several free and easy repair options:

1.  Ship Your Bag to Us: You may email us at hello@modernlifestyleluggage.com with photos of the issue and we will send you a prepaid return label, which you can use to ship the bag to us. We will then work with our preferred cobbler to ensure your bag is properly fixed. Please note this process takes about 2-4 weeks.

2.  Have Your Bag Repaired Locally: If you prefer to have your bag repaired by a cobbler or seamstress local to you, we will reimburse you up to the amount it costs for repair through our preferred cobbler. You may email us at hello@modernlifestyleluggage.com with photos of the issue and we will send you a quote as to how much we will be able to reimburse, based on the damage to the item.

If you are outside of the USA, please email us at hello@modernlifestyleluggage.com with photos of the item and parts with the issue. You may choose either of the above repair options, but please note that international customers are responsible for shipping and duties incurred to have the bag repaired at our headquarters.

 

We will need proof of purchase from the original buyer to complete.
